What prompted you to seek our advice? What situation or problem did you need to solve?
Our company was growing but the accountancy aspect of running a business had been neglected, we needed an accountant that didn’t just submit our tax returns each year but looked at the financial side of the business in its entirety and was able to offer advice and guidance throughout the year.
How did you benefit from working with us?
Our accounts are now operating in a way that makes for a far easier end of tax year and a lot less stress and time as we’ve been guided in systems to enable us to keep everything on track and throughout the year as opposed to the end of June rush
What exactly did we do to contribute to the outcome you wanted?
Assisted with training on Xero so that our new bookkeeper (me) could rectify the unfortunate mess that a previous bookkeeper had left our system in, answered multiple questions, some more than once, whilst we backtracked and fixed errors, guided us in best practice moving forward with our accounting system, gave advice prior to EOFY. No question or request was ever too much trouble and always responded to quickly.

All the staff we have dealt with over the past years have always been incredibly responsive, helpful and friendly making what can often be quite a stressful exercise far less so.
